This elite US law firm is looking to make multiple hires at all levels into their market-leading London restructuring team. This team offers an unrivalled breadth of pure restructuring work on one of the most well-established platforms globally.
The team represents borrowers, private equity sponsors, directors, shareholders, financial institutions, credit funds and bondholders, as well as pension trustees, liquidators, receivers and administrators, on complex cross-border stressed and distressed situations. Unusually for a market-leading US practice, the team offers a genuinely balanced workload of both sponsor and creditor-side mandates, as well as insolvency matters.
