Restructuring & Insolvency Partner
London | Full-time, Hybrid | DOE
A well-established London law firm is looking to appoint a Restructuring & Insolvency Partner to join its Dispute Resolution team.
This is a Partner-level opportunity for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with a strong client following and a proven track record across contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their practice while contributing to the growth of the wider team.
The Role
- Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, including administrations, receiverships, and company voluntary arrangements.
- Lead negotiations and draft key restructuring and insolvency documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insolvency practitioners, companies, and directors.
- Help grow the practice through business development, client referrals, and identifying opportunities across the wider firm.
- Lead, supervise, and develop junior lawyers and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

The Ideal Candidate
- England & Wales qualified solicitor at Partner level with strong Restructuring & Insolvency experience.
- A portable client following and proven track record in business development and client retention.
- Strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills across contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Previous experience leading and developing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Commercially minded, self-sufficient, and confident managing client relationships and developing new business.

The role offers a competitive salary based on experience, alongside private medical insurance, life assurance, bonus, and wellbeing support. Hybrid working is offered, with three days per week in the London office.
