Are you a skilled Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded employer of choice, is seeking a talented professional to join their well regarded London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and work alongside top-tier experts on high-profile, complex matters. The client is keen to speak to candidates at Senior Associate to Legal Director level.
The Role:
You will focus primarily on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, collaborating with corporate, finance, and real estate teams across the country. Your responsibilities will include advising a range of stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, and insolvency practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing transactional and advisory work as a key fee earner.
- Delivering high-quality legal advice and strategic solutions.

About You:
- Proven experience in restructuring and insolvency law within a reputable firm.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Excellent drafting, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
- A collaborative team player who aligns with the firm’s values.
- Proactive approach to business development and marketing activities.
