This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restructuring professional to work across a varied portfolio of clients, providing financial analysis, restructuring advice, and practical solutions to businesses facing financial or operational challenges.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in restructuring, insolvency, turnaround, or advisory
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members

About Your New Role
Always
- Manage restructuring and advisory assignments
- Analyse financial performance, cash flow, and business viability
- Develop practical restructuring and turnaround solutions
- Prepare financial analysis and client reports
- Manage client relationships and deadlines
- Review and support the work of junior team members

- Prepare cash flow forecasts, financial models, and scenario analysis
- Assess business plans and restructuring proposals
- Work with directors, lenders, and other professional advisers
- Attend client meetings and present findings
- Support Partners and Directors on complex assignments
Occasionally
- Assist with insolvency and turnaround engagements
- Support transaction and restructuring projects
- Contribute to proposals, pitches, and business development
- Attend networking and client events
Never
