Our client, a global leader in examinations and assessment, is seeking a Results & Compliance Administrator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who can read and accurately transcribe Chinese characters, and who is looking to develop their administrative and data handling skills.
You don’t need to be a native Chinese speaker - just confident reading Chinese characters on official documents (such as passports) and entering them accurately into internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify candidate ID where documents were not provided at the exam
- Communicate with customers to resolve ID queries and release results
- Review exam videos to check examiner adherence to ID checking procedures
- Assess flagged videos for potential malpractice and record outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and support data reporting
- Carry out additional sample checks and admin tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read Chinese characters fluently
- At least 12 months office based experience
- Strong admin or database experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling high volume, process driven work
- Good communication and organisational skills
