About STOCKED
STOCKED makes premium frozen meals for people who want restaurant-quality food at home without the compromise. Our chef-made meals are listed in Waitrose and Ocado, with seven Great Taste Award-winning products, further major grocery listings in the pipeline, and serious momentum in the category.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially sharp account manager to own our grocery retailer relationships and help us build into food service. You'll be the person making sure our key grocery accounts are performing and then helping us open new channels beyond grocery.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup - you'll be expected to roll your sleeves up, wear multiple hats, and get stuck in wherever the business needs you. There's no big team behind you, but there is a huge opportunity in front of you.

You'll work closely with the founder and have real ownership of key accounts from day one.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day management of our grocery retailer accounts - building strong buyer relationships and ensuring STOCKED is set up for long-term listings
- Lead promotional planning, range reviews, and performance reporting across retail
- Manage new grocery account launches as we expand our retailer base
- Develop food service as a new channel - prospecting, pitching, and building a pipeline
- Work with the founder to track commercial performance and flag risks early
- Represent STOCKED at trade shows and industry events where relevant
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in FMCG sales or account management, ideally in food and drink
- Experience managing at least one major UK grocer
- Background in a challenger or small brand - you know how to make things happen without a big team behind you
- Strong commercial acumen – comfortable with P&L ownership, promotional mechanics, and understanding the numbers behind the account
- Comfortable building something from scratch, especially in food service where there's no playbook yet
- Strong communicator who can hold their own in a buyer meeting
- Self-directed, commercially curious, and happy being close to the detail
