Role Details

To support the delivery of excellent retail activation campaigns within our UKI Grocery, Convenience and AFH customers, across all Danone categories

Role Focus

Analytics

  • Analysis of retail activation data and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer
  • Monthly budget forecasting and reviews by category, adjusting accordingly based on data
  • Ownership and delivery of campaign performance and target tracking

Customer Engagement

  • Nurture and manage your day-to-day customer contacts

  • Working closely with the Retail Activation team to ensure the delivery of aligned and impactful brand messages at every touchpoint within specific customers
  • Tracking of the key targets (e.g. activation ROI, conversion, customer touchpoints) to deliver the plan, working across functions to execute
  • Working closely with our creative teams to ensure delivery of our KV and toolkits on time
  • Supporting the team with POs and finance management in Uptempo

Team Engagement & Development

  • Being an active member of the Retail activation Team
  • Challenging the status quo, and bringing the outside in to help shape our planning and execution

Salary Range

£36,000 - £40,000 annually
