Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Retail Operations
- Liaising between Head Office and the Retail Field Team. Support the retail team in daily tasks and projects to support the field and store based team, reporting and general admin.
- Support in day to day Retail Operations administration tasks.
- Create incentive communication followed by tracking & monitoring results and performance.
- Support in managing excel Target setting document shared with UK & IRE Field Team to set Dior Ambassador targets.
- Collate weekly retail excel reporting for Senior Leadership.
- RGAs (Customer Returns) process RGAs as given from UK & IRE Field Team.
- Manage Back Office data accurately in all Retail Digital tools (Salesforce, Infoware & PowerBI).
- Support in managing all retail help inboxes for Dior Ambassadors & Field Team to resolve any queries or issues at point of sale.
- Liaising with CRM, Commercial, Marketing and Merchandising teams to maximise retail sell out.
- Ensure purchase orders and invoices are cleared in a timely manner via SAP, tracking retail spend is in-line with Retail budget.
- Support with store Agency bookings and invoicing.
- Coordinate and assist with booking all retail excursions including hotel, flight and activities bookings.

Insights
- Support team with admin requests of sell in and sell out data.
- Collate retailer reports and produce PCD Retail Results for Senior Leadership meeting on Monday by 2pm.
- Align with Marketing and Insights teams on new product forecasts and update tracking document.
- Ownership of commercial catalogue and action sheet (tracking documents) which inform the wider Commercial team of forecasted allocations for retailers.
- Update and maintain SKU files which feed into Monday reporting, used daily by wider team.
- Update and distribute sales trackers to wider team on a weekly basis.
- Ownership of LVMH Beauty weekly report; update for PCD and ensure all other brands have completed in a timely manner to send to the Senior Leadership team.

Profile

- Fluent in English
- Confident user of Excel
- Analytical skills

- Solid interpersonal skills

- Microsoft office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- SAP (preferable, not essential)
Profile
- Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales and or marketing within the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential
