Retail & Customer Experience Data Analyst

Luxury Fashion Brand | £50,000 | Hybrid (West London) | 12-Month FTC

Join a fast-growing premium retail brand undergoing significant UK and international expansion. We're looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst to help drive decisions across retail operations, customer experience, and customer insights.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll analyse customer, retail and commercial performance data to uncover actionable insights that improve customer retention, store performance, and overall business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver analysis on customer behaviour, retail performance and commercial trends
  • Support new store openings and expansion decisions through data-led recommendations
  • Build dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel and BI tools
  • Analyse customer journeys, purchasing trends, retention and loyalty performance
  • Measure the success of campaigns, customer engagement initiatives and retail events
  • Present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders across the business
  • Create customer segments and identify opportunities for growth and personalisation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Data Analyst, Customer Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Insight Analyst role
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools
  • Proven ability to turn data into meaningful business recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in customer behaviour and retail performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What's Different About This Role?

This is not a pure data science position. The successful candidate will be someone who can bridge the gap between analytics and commercial decision-making, translating complex data into practical recommendations that drive business performance.

Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Hybrid, West London (3 days per week)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
