Location: United Kingdom
About V-TAC
V-TAC is an internationally recognised brand with a strong reputation for innovative lighting solutions and an exciting, rapidly expanding portfolio of renewable energy products, including solar, battery storage and smart energy solutions.
As we continue to grow across major UK retail channels, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded professional to join our UK team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing innovative products to market while working within one of the UK's fastest-growing industries.
The Role
As our Retail & Key Account Manager – Major Retail Channels, you will become the primary link between V-TAC and our retail partners.
You'll be responsible for managing retail product listings, coordinating successful product launches, ensuring compliance requirements are met and delivering an outstanding customer experience across our lighting and renewable energy portfolio.
This role combines retail account management, product listings, customer success, compliance coordination and commercial relationship management.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Technical teams, you'll ensure our products are accurately represented, launched successfully and continue to grow across our retail network.
If you already have relationships with buyers or category managers within major UK retailers, particularly in the electrical, electronics, DIY or home improvement sectors, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
