A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Retail Assistant
Join the team at our first satellite site in Shrewsbury.
As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to help deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who visits our new location. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team within one of the UK's leading automotive groups, where no two days are the same.

Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Sunday, 11.00 am to 4.00 pm, plus cover when needed, i.e. 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Achieve agreed Finance and Value-added products targets.
- Establish new sales contacts.
- Build and maintain opportunities within the retail purchase sector.
- Follow the highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty and brand standards.
- Ensure departmental compliance with Company policies and industry guidelines.
- Maintain displays and company premises to the highest standards.
- Retain existing customers and secure new customer within the retail sector.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Previous Sales experience would be desirable.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Personable and enthusiastic, with a determination to succeed.
- A full UK driver’s licence is essential.
