Casual Retail Assistant - AFC Wimbledon

But the excitement doesn't stop on the pitch! As Aramark, their official culinary partner, we're crafting unforgettable experiences for fans and eventgoers alike.

We're now recruiting for the 2026/2027 season, join us for another exciting year of matchdays and events!

Join us as a Casual Retail Assistant, where you'll create memorable matchday moments for every fan.

Hours & Pay

  • Contract: Casual (includes weekend and evening shifts)
  • Hourly Pay: £13.45

What You'll Do

  • Serve guests with energy, warmth, and efficiency
  • Deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) quickly and professionally
  • Working as part of a passionate team to keep the operation running smoothly
  • Handle payments and transactions accurately
  • Supporting with kiosk set up and clean-down before and after events

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A friendly, approachable personality and the ability to work well with others
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days
  • Must be 18 or over due to alcohol service
