We’re looking for an experienced Retail Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our main Zoo & Dinosaur gift shops. This varied role combines retail administration and stock management with frontline customer engagement, all within the inspiring setting of Hertfordshire Zoo.
Salary & Benefits
- 28-32 hours per week; Monday, Thursday Friday and Sunday (09.00-18.00 summer/09.00-17.00 winter), plus additional hours as required to cover holidays, events and busy periods.
- Starting salary £19,827.60 PA (£12.71 per hour)
- 22.5 days annual leave to start (based on an average 4-day working week), plus Christmas Day off as standard
