What you'll do | Hei mahi
- Deliver Efficient Checkout Service: Accurately scan and pack orders, minimise wait times, and handle refunds courteously.
- Engage and Resolve Customer Needs: Create positive customer interactions, respond to queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support Cash Management: Assist with cash office activities including banking, reconciliations, and investigating variances.
- Maintain Store Standards & Safety: Ensure store areas are clean, organised, uphold uniform standards, and prioritise safety protocols.
- Contribute to Service Improvement: Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
