Pay:
£10.95 - £12.81 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking to recruit a new Retail Assistant for our shop. This is a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 12 hours worked over 3 days from 7 each week, including weekends.
Please note: This position requires availability for shifts on weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday. This position may not be suitable if you are not available to work at these times.
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Pay:
- Ages 16-20: £10.95 per hour
- Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

Responsibilities:
As one of our retail assistants, you will:
- Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
- Help customers find the items they are looking for.
- Provide a fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
- Handle stock with care during deliveries, placing products into freezers and onto shelves.
- Work with the rest of the team to complete daily and weekly routines to keep our shops safe, clean, and tidy.
Requirements:
You will need:
- A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
- Enjoy being busy with various tasks.
- Be reliable as you will be an important part of a small team.
- A bit of flexibility in your shifts to cover for team members when needed. Rotas are planned three weeks in advance with your outside commitments taken into consideration.
