THE ROLE
Become the Face of Our Brand! As our 'Rider Specialist' you’ll be the go-to expert for all things electric. You’ll greet customers with a friendly smile, offer exceptional technical support, and promote our innovative rental options. Your role will involve providing expert technical support to riders, efficiently processing rental agreements, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to positive store operations. You'll also promote our brand’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has a knack for problem-solving, and loves interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Champion: You put the rider first, and are always willing to go the extra mile. Provide exceptional customer service, from advising on the perfect electric vehicle to processing seamless rentals and lease agreements.
- Sales Superstar: Drive revenue and smash targets by effectively promoting our products and upselling the perfect rental plan for each customer.
- Problem Solver: Quickly resolve customer issues and ensure a positive resolution.
- Operational Maestro: Support day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, fleet management, and visual merchandising.
- Team Player: Collaborate on brand initiatives, partner activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Brand Ambassador: Promote the brand’s values and mission to customers and colleagues.
- Mad Hustler: Can problem solve on the fly and loves being challenged with something new every day.

What We Offer

- Base Salary of £29,000 - £30,750 (depending on experience)
