About the Role

Our Bamford family continues to grow, and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Sales Associate to join the team at the beautiful Bamford Wellness Spa.

Set within the tranquil surroundings of Daylesford Farm, Bamford Wellness Spa is a place dedicated to wellbeing, natural beauty, and mindful living. Our retail space showcases our carefully curated Bamford collections, alongside a selection of products that reflect our commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and holistic wellness.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will create a warm and personalized experience for every guest visiting the spa. You will develop a deep understanding of our skincare, body care, and wellness collections, confidently sharing your knowledge to guide clients towards products that support their wellbeing.

With a genuine passion for luxury retail and exceptional service, you will play an important role in creating a calm, welcoming, and inspiring environment while supporting the success of the retail space.

This role is a full-time position, based on 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Shifts:

  • 08.00-16.30
  • 09.30-18.00
  • 11.30-20.00

Salary: £13.11 per hour plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized recommendations to guests, building strong relationships and fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all retail areas are clean, organized, and aligned with the spa’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Promote products that align with the spa’s offerings and guests' wellness needs.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and order inventory as needed. Ensure that all retail products are stored properly, rotated for freshness, and that inventory records are up to date.
  • Create stunning product displays that reflect the spa’s luxury brand and attract guests.
  • Ensure all products are displayed neatly and according to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with spa therapists and management to create synergies between treatments and products.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on the latest products and spa services.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Wellness Space.
  • Uphold and enhance the spa's reputation as a luxury destination by representing the brand in a polished, professional manner at all times.

  • Retail experience is a must, preferably in luxury or a high-end environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and build relationships with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems and retail analytics.
  • Passion for wellness, luxury products, and spa services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
