Retail Beauty Merchandiser - Flexible
Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Beauty Merchandiser to join our team, working with top names like L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up and Maybelline in major high street stores. Working in major supermarkets merchandising vape units, displays, stands and POS installation. This can be a varied role!
Working Hours
- Working full days (no part-time hours)
- Monday - Friday (min 4 consecutive days due to vehicle hire), as and when we have projects, on a project by project basis
Role Overview
This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll help keep store stands and displays fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers—perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands-on work.
- Projects all year round with peak times being January (4-6 weeks) and July (4 weeks), other projects available throughout 2027!
- Schedules for January are sent early/mid December, with induction and training days paid before then!

Requirements
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are comfortable working independently and travelling regionally.
- Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided
Role and Responsibilities
- Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
- Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
- Changing over the visuals/graphics
- Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets
- Merchandise and resequence stock using detailed planograms
- Stand maintenance
- Installing Point Of Sale
- Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard
- Use initiative to problem solve
- Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

What will I get in return?
- Training: Paid and fully provided
- Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision
- Travel: Regionally up to 50 miles of your home
- Location: Field Based - working in various high street retailers & supermarkets
- Days: Monday - Friday, full days (no part-time hours available)
- Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
- Equipment: Uniform, hired van to home address (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
- Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects
