About The Role
In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary marketing lead within the Consumer Products team, focusing on deeply connecting and engaging consumers across all brand touchpoints. Your expertise will be crucial in managing marketing activities with key partners and collaborating closely with Retail, Category, and Franchise teams to achieve ambitious objectives. We are seeking an exceptional, strategic, and commercially minded professional to extend the reach of our brands at retail, ensuring they capture the consumer’s attention and imagination. While this position involves a significant level of marketing, a strong commercial lens is essential. You will also be responsible for preparing compelling pitch materials, integrating data-based sales tools, crafting business review materials, and embedding commercial elements into all marketing and execution plans.
What You Will Do
- Lead the planning and implementation of both short-term and long-term marketing strategies to support consumer products initiatives.
- Execute innovative and relevant marketing activations to drive awareness and sales across key partner and retail accounts.
- Drive compelling omni-channel retail marketing campaigns across key franchises, fostering fan engagement and recruiting new fans to accelerate business performance while ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Manage the ideation and execution of marketing and product campaigns with retailers, ensuring each account has a clear point of difference and developing bespoke campaigns as needed to best serve customers.
- Identify key trends and consumer insights, assisting in the development and execution of succinct marketing strategies within consumer products, while remaining agile to capitalize on social trends and support Category teams on key retail accounts.
- Provide comprehensive campaign reports and analysis to inform future strategies.
- Actively manage relationships with commercial leads, ensuring they have the necessary marketing support to cultivate engagement, partnership, and joint business planning with both new and existing retailers to drive strategic growth in licensing sales.
- Collaborate with internal franchise and creative teams to ensure brand compliance and work with external agencies for design and execution where appropriate.

Must-Have Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
- Proven retail marketing experience.
- Experience developing retail marketing activations designed to boost sell-in and over-the-counter sales.
- Experience managing media campaigns and working effectively with media agencies.
- Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and evaluating innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and foster collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Basic performance marketing experience or understanding.
- An understanding of digital and social marketing, along with experience working with influencers.
- Experience working and thriving within a large, matrixed organization.
