Christy Media Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a global entertainment business seeking a Retail & Brand Commercial Manager to support one of its largest UK retail partnerships.
Working across internationally recognised consumer brands, you'll lead integrated retail marketing campaigns that connect with consumers while delivering measurable commercial results. This role combines marketing strategy, retail partnerships and commercial planning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with business performance.
The Role
- Lead integrated retail marketing campaigns across key consumer brands.
- Develop omnichannel campaigns spanning in-store, digital, social media and advertising.
- Partner closely with retail, category, franchise and creative teams.
- Build strong relationships with retail stakeholders and external agencies.
- Analyse trading performance and campaign effectiveness, adapting plans where required.
- Prepare business reviews, sales tools, presentations and commercial pitch materials.
- Help deliver ambitious licensing revenue and growth objectives.

About You
- Around 3–5 years' experience within retail marketing.
- Previous licensing experience.
- Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland retail market.
- Experience delivering omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing activity to sales performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working within a large, matrixed organisation.

Package
- 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
- £381.09 per day (Umbrella)
- Hybrid working (3 days in the London office / 2 from home)
- Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
- Occasional travel to Dublin (travel expenses covered)
- ASAP start
