About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, highly organized, and adaptable Retail & Brand Operations Assistant to join our team at our flagship store on Brompton Road. This dynamic hybrid role spans in-store retail, e-commerce fulfillment, customer service, and event execution.

This position offers flexible scheduling designed to accommodate current students or creatives looking for a committed, high-growth role within a modern luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce & Operations: Pick, pack, and fulfill online orders with high attention to detail and packaging standards.
  • Shop Floor Management: Oversee and maintain store presentation, stock visual merchandising, and assist on the floor during busy trading periods.
  • Clienteling & Customer Care: Deliver elevated customer service in-store and handle online customer inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Events & Press Execution: Assist with the end-to-end setup and guest list management for brand drops, launch parties, and press activations.
  • Inventory Control: Support stock intakes, consignment processing, and floor replenishment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Retail Experience: Prior experience in high-end, contemporary, or luxury retail is required.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable mindset with the ability to pivot between shop floor selling, warehouse packing, and event coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for clienteling and press event invites.
  • Work Ethic: Strong self-starter attitude with a high degree of accountability and reliability.
