At A Glance
We’re looking for dynamic, customer-focused Retail Brand Specialists to represent multiple top-tier brands like Phillips, Roborock, Anker, Bosch, and more across a variety of retailers near you, within 30 miles of the market.
This is a flexible, as-needed role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, loves consumer tech and home products, and wants a job that offers variety in both schedule and location.
As part of our hired talent pool, your dedicated CPS Manager will inform you when we have positions available that we can assign you too. Paid virtual training will also take place before your first assignment, and additional paid brand-specific virtual training will be required before each new work assignment. Minimum Pay
USD $22.00/Hr.
Maximum Pay
USD $25.00/Hr.

What You'll Do
- Represent multiple major brands across different retailers near you
- Engage with customers to showcase products and drive sales
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrations
- Build strong in-store relationships with retail staff
- Maintain and refresh product displays and signage as needed
- Capture and report store-level insights and activity through our mobile platform
- Occasionally assist with special events or promotional activations (based on availability)
- Other tasks as requested by your supervisor

What You'll Bring
Experience and Education:
- Previous retail or brand ambassador experience a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Skills and Attributes:
- Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication skills
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
- Access to reliable transportation to travel within a 30-mile radius of your home
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or weekdays depending on store needs
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
- Must possess and be proficient in using a smartphone, including using the device to download an app and complete recaps

- Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear
- Always lift and carry items up to 10 pounds into the store
- Frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
