A successful and fast growing organisation are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their nationwide, retail based business.

What’s In It For You
- Salary: Up to £45k depending on experience
- Hours: flexible working hours, 3 days in the office, 2 at home
- Car allowance (although this can change to a company car if required by the company)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Prepare proposals, tenders and presentations
- Present products and services to prospective clients
- Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations
- Brief internal teams on client requirements and projects
- Coordinate internal departments to deliver successful client solutions
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new clients
- Produce supporting documentation and implementation materials
- Maintain regular client communication throughout implementation
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Research market trends and spot new commercial opportunities
- Contribute ideas to support business development and sales growth
- Attend industry events, conferences and networking activities

- Have a good awareness of garment compositions and manufacturing processes
- Positive, confident attitude with a strong work ethic
- Experience in contract negotiation
