About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Retail Buyer with a passion for premium and luxury brands to help shape the retail proposition across the Estelle Community.
Working closely in supporting our Creative Director and alongside our Buying Director, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering seasonal buying strategies across womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories, homeware, beauty and wellness, and children's accessories. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a growing luxury retail offer, bringing exceptional brands and products to life for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver seasonal buying strategies across various categories.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail Operations, and other departments to deliver new product launches and retail initiatives.
- Take ownership of project management activities, coordinating supplier relationships, and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Attend buying appointments and industry events, including up to four buying trips to Paris each year.

Requirements
- At least four years' buying experience within a premium or luxury multi-brand retailer or e-commerce business.
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability, and an instinct for emerging trends.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven experience negotiating and building long-term relationships with premium brands and suppliers.
- Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
- A collaborative mindset, balancing creativity with commercial thinking to deliver exceptional commercial outcomes.
- The flexibility to thrive in a varied role that extends beyond traditional buying responsibilities.

Working Arrangements
- Based at our London office.
- Hybrid working pattern: four days each week working alongside colleagues in person and one day working remotely.
