Catering Supervisor Positions Available

We have two 18-hour positions available, the hours will vary from 7 am starts to 8 pm finishes over a 7-day period and a typical shift will be 6 hours. (Weekend and bank holidays attract good enhanced pay rates)

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to join our hardworking retail catering team at Lincoln County Hospital. This role is key to ensuring our cafés and retail outlets deliver excellent service every day to patients, visitors, and staff.

You’ll work alongside other supervisors to lead our catering assistants, support smooth day-to-day operations, and help maintain a safe, efficient, high-quality food service across all retail areas. Our environment is fast-paced and varied, so we’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives on teamwork and delivering great customer care.

We welcome fresh ideas and encourage creativity in improving menus and enhancing the customer experience. If you’re ready to help shape the future of our retail catering service, this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident team leader with experience in a busy catering or retail environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures (HACCP, COSHH) — or willingness to learn
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to our Trust values
  • Ability to work efficiently, safely, and professionally at all times

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
