ABOUT THE JOB
As our Retail Channel Marketing Manager for the UK, you will lead the strategic development and execution of retail marketing initiatives across the Levi’s Retail and Outlet network, ensuring alignment with our brand vision, global campaigns, seasonal product launches, and values-driven programmes.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing UK, you’ll be accountable for strengthening brand equity, driving customer traffic into stores, and maximising conversion through innovative, commercially-led retail strategies. You’ll champion strategic influence and operational excellence, leveraging global frameworks while shaping market-specific initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who enjoys owning work end-to-end and working closely with cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life in store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the strategic leadership of UK Retail Channel Marketing across Mainline and Outlet, setting seasonal priorities aligned to Global/European marketing direction and UK retail objectives.
- Define and deliver high-impact retail activation strategies that elevate brand relevance and drive measurable outcomes across footfall, conversion, and sales growth.
- Act as the strategic authority for in-store marketing, translating cultural insight, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity into scalable, commercially effective retail programmes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand Experience, Retail Leadership, Store Operations, Merchandising, Paid Media, Organic Social, Loyalty, and PR, ensuring clear ownership and integrated execution.
- Set and communicate a clear UK retail channel vision and operating model each season, ensuring strategies are simple to execute, consistently delivered in store, and adaptable to local market dynamics.
- Drive a performance-led marketing approach, establishing KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate ROI, optimise investment in-season, and inform future planning.
- Manage the UK retail marketing A&P budget with strong financial discipline and focus on high-return initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner to European and local teams, influencing upstream strategy with UK-specific insight, best practice, and learnings from execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
