📍 London (Hybrid) | Contract 12 months - extendable/convert to perm possible
Join a global leader in entertainment, media, and consumer products.
We're looking for a commercially minded Retail & Commercial Manager - MarTech to drive omni-channel retail marketing campaigns across the UK & Ireland for a portfolio of world-renowned entertainment brands and franchises.
Working at the intersection of brand marketing, retail partnerships, and commercial strategy, you'll collaborate with leading retailers to deliver innovative shopper activations, support Joint Business Planning (JBP), develop compelling commercial pitches, and use sales insights from adaptive MarTech to drive both sell-in and sell-through performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated retail marketing campaigns across major UK & Ireland retail partners.
- Develop retailer-specific activations that increase brand visibility and commercial performance.
- Support Joint Business Planning (JBP), retailer presentations, and commercial business reviews.
- Analyse sales data, shopper insights, and campaign performance to optimise results.
- Build high-impact pitch decks using commercial and retail insights.
- Partner with Sales, Licensing, Category, Franchise Marketing, Creative, Technology, and external agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Retail Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Consumer Products Marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate marketing activity into measurable business results.
- Experience working with major retailers and retail marketing programmes.
- Proficiency with retail analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Circana (IRI/NPD), Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience within Entertainment, Consumer Products, FMCG, Retail, Toys, Gaming, Licensing, or Media is highly desirable.
