Who We Are
Storecraft Consulting is a fast-growing international retail construction consultancy delivering projects for some of the world's leading premium and luxury brands.
We specialise in construction project and programme management, acting as our clients' trusted partner from pre-construction through to store opening. Whether coordinating a flagship store, a regional rollout or a complex refurbishment, our focus is always the same: delivering exceptional projects with precision, transparency and technical excellence.
With projects across Europe, the UK and North America, we're building a team of passionate construction professionals who enjoy taking ownership, solving problems on site and working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where everyone's contribution matters.
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Construction Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of high-end retail fit-out projects across Europe. Working alongside Project Managers and Programme Managers, you will coordinate construction activities from pre-construction through handover while progressively taking ownership of your own projects. We are looking for a candidate with a solid construction background, ideally gained with a General Contractor or construction consultancy.

- Handle the delivery of retail construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
- Coordinate General Contractors, architects, consultants and specialist subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend and coordinate site and progress meetings, tracking actions and following up with stakeholders.
- Assist Project Managers in resolving technical issues, reviewing construction methodologies and monitoring project risks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
