Barrows Connected Store is a global leader in retail media, partnering with major retailers to power in-store retail media networks that connect brands with shoppers at the point of purchase. We're in a significant growth phase, working with some of the most recognisable retail and brand names in the UK and internationally.
We're looking for a Retail Content Partner (Marketing Manager / Account Director) to lead the marketing relationship with one of our retail partners. You'll act as their principle contact for channel strategy, content strategy, creative direction, and campaign planning. This is predominantly an on-site / in-office role, spending the majority of your time on-site with the Client, and also in our office.

What you'll do
- Own the strategic partnership with a key retailer at senior level
- Lead content and campaign planning for their own-brand content programme
- Provide creative direction and quality oversight across all content produced
- Identify and develop account growth opportunities
- Lead internal creative, production, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class work
- Report directly to the Content Director

What you'll bring
- A strong background in advertising, retail media, shopper marketing, or content, with experience leading senior client relationships
- Proven ability to operate strategically — advising on creative direction and long-term programme development
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts within large retail or FMCG organisations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills at senior level
- Strong commercial acumen
