As a National Control Centre Operator based in our Leeds office, you will be the central link for the Retail Sector of our business. Ensuring the safety and welfare of our frontline staff and providing critical support to field-based managers across our retail contracts. You will work within a dynamic, forward-thinking team operating within a 24/7 reactive environment. This role is perfect for those seeking a fast-paced career. Key Responsibilities
Frontline Welfare & Safety:
- Monitor the health, safety, and welfare of field-based personnel (Security Officers) via scheduled welfare calls.
- Execute effective escalation procedures in response to missed calls or potential emergencies.

Incident Management:
- Produce timely, accurate incident reports for immediate circulation to senior operational management.
- Act as primary contact for the general public, frontline employees, clients, and G4S management team.
Operational Support & Scheduling:
- Manage scheduling and the deployment of security personnel to meet contractual client requirements across the UK.
- Support field-based teams in navigating G4S processes and internal systems.

Data & Administration:
- Undertake ad hoc tasks including data collation and organization to support frontline operational efficiency.
Skills And Experience
- Call Centre Experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to shift patterns and working hours
