Overview
We are looking for a passionate and highly organised Retail Coordinator to join our growing Retail Team. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across an exciting portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands, supporting their presence across leading department stores, boutiques, pop-ups and retail activations in the UK and internationally.
You'll get exposure to all sides of retail, from store visits, visual merchandising and product training the sales performance, seasonal launches and special projects. You'll spend time in stores each week, building relationships with retail teams, understanding what customers are responding to and helping ensure the brands we represent are showing up at their very best.
Key Responsibilities
Stores & Retail Relationships
- Conduct regular store visits across key London department stores, boutiques and brand spaces.
- Build strong relationships with store teams and key retail contacts.
- Monitor visual merchandising, stock opportunities, product presentation and overall brand standards.
- Gather customer and store feedback, identifying opportunities and key retail insights.
- Support seasonal product training, retailer outreach and brand activations.

Sales & Commercial Performance
- Maintain weekly sales reporting across retail accounts and projects.
- Analyse performance to identify best sellers, trends and opportunities.
- Contribute retail insights and updates to internal meetings and regular brand reporting.
Retail Operations & Projects
- Support the day-to-day coordination of permanent spaces, wholesale accounts, pop-ups and seasonal projects.
- Assist with staffing, schedules and communication across key retail accounts.
- Coordinate seasonal training materials, product information, imagery and brand assets for retail partners.
- Support seasonal market activity and wider Retail Team projects as required.
- Work closely with teams across ARDDUN to help deliver projects successfully.

Skills & Experience
- A genuine passion for fashion, brands, product and the retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of the current fashion and retail landscapes, with an interest in brands, retailers and wider market trends.
- Confident and personable, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Commercially curious, with an interest in sales performance and customer behaviour.
- A strong eye for product presentation, visual merchandising and detail.
