About rag & bone

From our origins in New York in 2002, rag & bone was founded on a belief of uncompromising ideals: a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way. To making things that are as original as they are timeless. To being true to ourselves, even when that truth sets us apart from the mainstream.

We still believe in the same principles we started with: the easy elegance of classic British tailoring, the authenticity of American workwear, and the originality of our home city, New York. As New Yorkers, community and authenticity have become synonymous with our brand. An inclusive environment at rag & bone upholds our original values by encouraging employee connection and empowering each individual to have a voice on policy, process, and collaboration for a more equitable future.

Job Summary:

rag & bone is looking for a Retail Coordinator to join our Wholesale team, with sole responsibility for managing the Selfridges business. This role will report to the current Wholesale Coordinator Manager, who oversees the wider UK department store business.

The Retail Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales, achieving and exceeding targets, and maximizing the commercial performance of the Selfridges account. Key responsibilities include in-store selling, monitoring performance against targets, motivating and engaging the shop floor team, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, target-focused, and confident on the shop floor, with a strong understanding of the contemporary womenswear market. They will be proactive in identifying opportunities, reacting to trading performance, and taking ownership of growing the rag & bone business within Selfridges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
