About Us

ME+EM is one of the UK’s fastest-growing luxury fashion brands, with a strong global digital presence and stores across the UK, including London and Edinburgh, alongside concessions within Harrods and Selfridges. We are also continuing our exciting international expansion across the U.S, with new stores opening across key markets.

At ME+EM we are an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate group of people. We work hard, are enthusiastic to learn and are not afraid to take risks. Everyone contributes to our success at all levels, and that precisely what makes being a member of the team so rewarding.

Our office and stores are always busy and fast-paced, but we work just as hard to make sure it’s fun, with social activities and biannual parties. We pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive, and welcoming and ensure that everyone’s hard work is rewarded. It takes all these things to build a strong, successful business and our door is always open to new talent ready to contribute to our growth and evolution.

About the Role

ME+EM is looking for a Retail, CX and Finance Data Analyst with experience in retail and customer analytics to join our marketing team. This is an analytical role in a fast-paced environment, so we’re looking for someone who is inquisitive and meticulous. The successful candidate will report to Retail Director with dotted line to Head of Commercial Analysis working closely with the rest of the Retail, CX and Finance teams as well as the data team.

Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Analytics

  • Understand business processes through data to provide actionable insights.
  • Produce analysis to support key commercial decisions, particularly in retail and finance, including new store openings.
  • Build weekly and monthly commercial KPIs, customer metrics, and insight dashboards for stores and Customer Care using data visualisation tools.
  • Apply the scientific method to operational KPIs to measure performance of retail stores, pop-ups, events, and digital sales channels.
  • Identify opportunities for new store openings through data analytics, including sales cannibalisation reporting between stores and channels.
  • Develop predictive models, working with the Retail & Customer Experience Director and Head of Commercial Analysis, to support retail sales forecasting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
