How you’ll power our business as a Retail Customer Service Assistant
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for a flexible role with genuine career progression? We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Castlebay. As the face of our store, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of our petrol filling station and convenience store.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high store presentation standards.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both the forecourt and store.
- Contributing to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.
What we’ll need from you
- A passion for customer service and helping people.
- A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.
