How you’ll power our business as a Retail Customer Service Assistant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for a flexible role with genuine career progression? We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Castlebay. As the face of our store, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of our petrol filling station and convenience store.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining high store presentation standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of both the forecourt and store.
  • Contributing to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.

What we’ll need from you

  • A passion for customer service and helping people.
  • A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.
