About This Team

The Retail Operations team is the bridge between the SSC and the Retail stores and play a pivotal role in representing the stores voice at the SSC. We lead initiatives that transform our Retail and Guest experience, and love strategic, resourceful and innovating people that excel at operations.

We touch all aspects of the store operations, including making sure stores are seeing positive results that meet and exceed company goals. You are passionate about supporting our stores, and are best in class at completing complex projects in record time.

In partnership with SSC and Store leaders, Retail Operations works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store.

Core Responsibilities

  • Works closely with SSC partners locally and globally to consult/drive new Daily Operations innovative processes, alongside refining existing. This will include supporting implementation/roll-out in stores.
  • Develop communication strategies to support the roll-out and implementation of regional projects/initiatives.
  • Leads the EMEA Store Supplies program, partnering with external parties in ensuring Stores have what they need to operate their business continuously and successfully.
  • Responsible for collaboration with all departments on the development of the EMEA Retail Operations Manual and the creation of relevant chapters to drive business continuity, process, procedure and compliance.
  • Partners with Retail Technology in ensuring all net new projects/initiatives and BAU that impact the Retail estate are well considered, planned and delivered to a high standard.
  • Partners with Asset Protection in ensuring that all policies and procedures are well documented and any new net initiatives or projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Works closely with Global partners on EMEA packaging requirements, forecasting and management.
  • Leads the EMEA Personalisation and Souvenir strategy and existing programs.
  • Partners with numerous third party suppliers to drive Daily Operations innovation, standards and performance on a regular basis.
  • Facilitates follow-up support and collates feedback on projects and initiatives delivery.
  • Provide data analysis to support market business and result of projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and make recommendations to elevate the current ways of working/operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience, ideally within a retail environment
  • Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Resourceful and high level of initiative

  • Enrollment and ability to influence
  • Proven ability to work with and lead a cross functional team
