Your Approach

In this sales role, you’re responsible for driving Dalziel’s growth in Retail Butchery within your region. You’ll use your commercial focus and motivation to succeed in a B2B environment. Your aim will be to grow sales with at least 50+ key customers in the first year.

What does the job involve

As a Retail Development Manager, you will play an important role in increasing sales in the Retail Butchery sector. You’ll act as a trusted partner to customers, clearly showing the quality and value of our products and services. You’ll work with the Retail Development Director to plan and deliver an effective sales strategy, helping the business to grow and succeed in a competitive market.
