🔦 POSITION OVERVIEW
We are partnering with a Global Consumer Products Company to find their next Retail Media Manager. Our client operates in over 200 countries and is known for trusted household brands spanning Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition backed by innovation, science-led development, and staffed by the best and brightest people who are passionate about pet care and nutrition!
This is a chance to translate commercial and media goals into high-performing retail media strategies across multiple European markets. You'll sit at the intersection of Brand Marketing and Customer Development, driving demand for our client's brands both on and off retailer platforms including Amazon and specialist petcare sites. You'll lead the relationship with our client's retail media agency partner, overseeing complex paid search and DSP strategies, and take ownership of budgets across key KPIs including consumer attraction, ROAS, and conversion — all while leveraging advanced analytics including MMM and using test-and-learn frameworks.

📒 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING FROM DAY 1
- Supporting the customer team, activating brand growth plans for major online retailers via exceptional media execution
- Being the primary contact for the retail media agency across Europe, ensuring budgets are correctly optimized
- Leading media analytics initiatives including MMM and Brand Health tracking to monitor ROI
- Developing and executing Test & Learn roadmaps covering modular content and new platform betas
- Planning retail media programs across Search, DSP, and other platforms, localised for European markets
- Owning end-to-end performance measurement of retail media spend
- Taking ownership of Data Clean Room strategy, partnering closely with CRM and data team

🌟 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Exceptional academic background, ideally with a degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field
- Extensive media experience, ideally gained within a global client-side business or digital media agency
- Proven experience activating campaigns across retail media channels and the broader digital media landscape
- Strong analytical rigor, with the ability to interpret MMM data and Brand Health metrics
- Demonstrated critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent understanding of media measurement and optimisation strategy including AI-powered tools
- Commercial acumen — a clear grasp of how brand & retail marketing and media investment drive commercial
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, working within cross-functional teams
- Not essential but proficiency in a second European language would be a bonus
