At SEPHORA UK

Beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are. It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

As our Retail Education Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing SEPHORA's learning and development strategy to life across the UK. Supporting our Retail Education team, you'll help ensure our Beauty Advisors and store teams have access to engaging training, brand education and digital learning experiences that build confidence, drive performance and elevate the client experience.

This is a highly collaborative and fast-paced role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys building relationships and is passionate about how we inspire, educate and empower our teams to create unforgettable experiences for every client, every day.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Coordinate and maintain the UK retail education calendar, ensuring learning activity is planned, communicated and delivered effectively across the business.
  • Organise the logistics for training events, workshops and education experiences, including venues, travel, accommodation, catering, learning materials and product requirements.
  • Track training attendance, engagement and effectiveness, providing accurate reporting and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Support the management of education budgets, purchase orders, invoices, reporting and key administrative processes.
  • Help deliver digital learning initiatives by supporting the rollout, tracking and reporting of platforms such as MySephora Learning and Attensi Skills.
  • Create, update and maintain engaging digital learning content and learning pathways that support the development of our retail teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for brand partners, coordinating training requests, store visits and education opportunities across the retail network.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Education to deliver impactful brand education plans that align with commercial priorities and business goals.
  • Coordinate brand trainers and specialists into stores, ensuring visits are well organised, effective and deliver value to both Cast Members and brand partners.
  • Support the organisation and tracking of gratis, incentives and educational tools that enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with Retail Leaders, store teams, brand partners and Head Office stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution of education activities.
  • Champion SEPHORA's commitment to learning and development by helping create outstanding educational experiences that support both individual and business success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
