Role Description

The Retail Executive is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in London. Ideal for someone with retail experience and buying experience.

Day-to-day tasks

  • Supporting in managing the sales floor team
  • Driving sell-out
  • Reporting
  • Supporting retailers with decks, activations, Excel files, and presentations

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Retail
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret sales data.
  • Exposure to Retail Marketing activities, such as in-store promotions, product displays.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment; prior boutique or specialty retail experience is an advantage.
  • Basic numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems; weekend and holiday availability as needed.
