What you'll bring to the team

Retail Host

Location: London Eye, London

Are you ready to help guests make memories at 135 metres?

We’re on the lookout for Retail Assistants to join our vibrant team at the London Eye - one of the most iconic views in the world.

You’ll be the friendly face our guests meet in the shop, welcoming them in, offering helpful suggestions, and making sure they don’t leave without the perfect memento. You’ll keep the shop sparkling, the shelves full, and the energy high, because this is more than a job, it’s a chance to bring the magic of London to life!

What you’ll be doing

  • Greeting guests with warmth, enthusiasm and a bit of sparkle
  • Keeping our shop stocked, tidy and looking top-notch
  • Suggesting must-have merchandise in a way that’s helpful, never pushy
  • Answering questions and offering brilliant customer service
  • Helping us smash our daily targets and boost revenue
  • Working closely with the wider team
  • Jumping in to help other departments when needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Someone who’s confident chatting to hundreds of guests a day
  • A natural at spotting what guests might love and upselling with style
  • Someone comfortable working to strict health and safety standards (we’ll train you)
  • A team player who brings energy and positivity to every shift
  • Aged 18 or over due to health and safety regulations
