We are seeking an experienced Retail Lead to play a key role within our Omni-Channel Team. This position is responsible for leading and growing our retail operations across the UK and EU, driving commercial performance, retail expansion, franchise partnerships, and omnichannel excellence. You will lead a high-performing retail team while delivering sustainable growth, exceptional customer experiences, and operational excellence across our owned and partner stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve retail revenue, profit, and margin targets across the UK and EU.
- Lead initiatives for retail growth, including new store openings, franchise expansion, relocations, and innovative retail formats.
- Develop robust business cases and identify opportunities within outlets, travel retail, pop-ups, and strategic partnerships.
- Deliver a seamless omnichannel customer journey across stores and digital touchpoints.
- Drive excellence in store operations, visual merchandising, customer service, and retail productivity.
- Implement retail technologies, analytics, and operational best practices to enhance performance.
- Develop and maintain strong franchise relationships across European markets.
- Collaborate closely with landlords, property agents, and retail partners to support expansion plans.
- Ensure consistent brand standards and customer experiences across all retail environments.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-market retail organization.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Lyle & Scott values.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Significant experience in retail leadership within a multi-site retail environment.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing retail P&L performance.
- Proven track record in delivering retail growth strategies, store expansion, and operational excellence.
- Experience working with franchise partners and international retail operations, as well as omnichannel retail strategies, is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision maker with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
