Who are we looking for?

This is a field-based role based in Bristol covering South West England with nationwide travel occasionally required. You will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem solve in busy retail environments, working to ensure all displays and products are fully functional and compliant to client briefs following each visit.

You will be an integral part to our team ensuring the delivery of excellent levels of service and providing seamless customer experiences.

What you will do:

  • Repair and maintain client fixtures and products in store
  • Installation and removal of POS
  • Complete all maintenance visits within agreed project timelines
  • Review weekly schedule for route planning efficiencies
  • Updating all systems required for the project
  • Complete detailed, timely and accurate site compliance audits
  • Maintain the company vehicle, completing all vehicle checks
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally
  • Acting as an ambassador for and proactively promoting the business

What you will need:

  • A Full UK Driving License - with at least two years experience and no more than 6 points (for insurance purposes)
  • Strong organisation, customer service skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work unsupervised and problem solve in a busy environment
  • Knowledge and experience of Retail installations/maintenance, such as Point of sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) is useful but not essential as full training will be provided
