Retail Management Recruiter (RPO)

This role is primarily based from our office in Telford - Hybrid Working Available

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Management Recruiter to join our growing RPO team, supporting our client World Duty Free.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in either retail store management or ideally retail management recruitment who enjoys building trusted client relationships, identifying high-quality talent and delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Working as part of the ResourceBank team, you’ll become an extension of the World Duty Free recruitment function, managing recruitment activity across a range of retail management and leadership vacancies.

You’ll build a strong understanding of the client’s business, culture and recruitment needs, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for retail management and leadership roles
  • Partnering closely with World Duty Free hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and priorities
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality retail management candidates through a variety of channels
  • Proactively identifying and engaging passive talent to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Conducting screening interviews and assessing candidates against role requirements and competencies
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process from initial application through to offer stage
  • Building talent pools and pipelines for current and future retail management requirements
  • Providing market insight around retail talent, availability and attraction strategies
  • Regularly visiting World Duty Free client sites and airports across the UK to build strong stakeholder relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the retail environment
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Supporting recruitment reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with the wider ResourceBank and World Duty Free teams to share best practice and deliver recruitment objectives

What You’ll Need

  • Proven recruitment experience within retail, ideally recruiting management or leadership positions
  • Strong understanding of the retail recruitment market and the challenges of attracting high-calibre management talent
  • Experience recruiting roles such as Store Managers, Assistant/Deputy Managers, Department Managers, Team Leaders or other retail leadership positions
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing client priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines
  • A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach
  • The ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage recruitment processes effectively from start to finish
  • Experience working in an RPO, in-house or agency environment would be advantageous
