Store Manager at Specsavers

Our Store

The Specsavers Farnham store is a busy and customer-focused optical and audiology practice located in the heart of Farnham town centre. Serving a diverse customer base, the store is committed to delivering exceptional eye and hearing care through a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment. The store features four fully equipped test rooms, enabling the team to provide a high volume of clinical appointments while maintaining excellent patient care. In addition, the team supports a dedicated Audiology Hub, working closely with audiology colleagues to deliver seamless hearing care services and an exceptional customer experience. Conveniently situated on West Street, the store benefits from excellent transport links, with Farnham railway station within walking distance and regular local bus services stopping nearby, making it easily accessible for those travelling from the surrounding Surrey and Hampshire areas. Supported by modern technology and a knowledgeable team, colleagues work collaboratively to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience while contributing to the store’s continued success through a strong focus on clinical excellence, teamwork, and community engagement.

Our Team

The Farnham team consists of 23 dedicated colleagues across optical and audiology services, creating a supportive, collaborative, and customer-focused environment. The team brings together a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise, with colleagues working closely across all areas of the business to deliver outstanding patient care and customer service. There is a strong culture of teamwork, where individuals support one another to achieve both clinical and commercial goals while maintaining the highest standards. The store is passionate about developing its people, offering ongoing training, coaching, and career progression opportunities to help colleagues reach their full potential. Alongside their commitment to performance and patient care, the team enjoys a strong social culture, with regular Summer Socials and Christmas Parties providing opportunities for colleagues to celebrate successes, strengthen relationships, and enjoy time together outside of work. With a positive and inclusive working environment, the team takes pride in building strong relationships with customers and each other, ensuring Farnham remains a successful and welcoming store for both customers and colleagues alike.
