About the Role

As a Retail Manager, you will play a key role in leading a large and diverse team within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working closely with the store manager, you will drive exceptional service standards, inspire outstanding team performance and contribute to the delivery of key commercial and operational objectives. You'll lead from the front, coaching and developing your team, conducting regular performance reviews, recognising success and creating a positive, engaging environment where colleagues can do their best work.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail leader with a strong track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be passionate about coaching and developing people, naturally collaborative in your approach and confident working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. Strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to motivate others are essential.

Benefits

In return, the company is offering a salary of up to £34,500, alongside a performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000. You'll also benefit from a 37.5-hour working week, working three days on and three days off, meaning you have more weekends off throughout the year.
