Responsibilities
As a retail manager, you will play a key role in leading a large and diverse team within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working closely with the store manager, you will:

You'll lead from the front, coaching and developing your team, conducting regular performance reviews, recognising success and creating a positive, engaging environment where colleagues can do their best work.
This role goes beyond traditional retail management. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey
- Maintaining outstanding visual and operational standards
- Driving sales performance
- Building strong relationships with brand partners
You'll regularly analyse performance, communicate business priorities, lead team briefings and identify opportunities to improve both the employee and customer experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail leader with a strong track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be:

- Confident working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly

In return, the company is offering:
- A salary of up to £34,000
- A performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000
- A 37.5-hour working week, working four days, with two days off, meaning you have more weekends off throughout the year
