This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role:
Join the Consumer Products & Experiences International (CP&E Int'l) team based in London to be part of the Consumer Products Retail Marketing team reporting to Retail Marketing director and working closely with the commercial and franchise team members. The main objective of the role is to drive awareness and sell-through of consumer products across all touch points with the main focus on retail, across the EMEA and APAC key countries.

Key Responsibilities
Consumer Products Retail Marketing Campaigns & Activities
- Develop and manage retail marketing campaigns and activities to increase consumer product awareness and sales across different channels, from planning to execution.
- Work with the Retail Marketing Director to develop and manage marketing campaigns and product launches across key countries, from planning to execution, including reviewing results and managing budgets.
- Monitor and improve paid advertising campaigns with retailers and licensees.
- Work with creative teams to create marketing materials such as in-store displays, social media posts, videos and digital assets. Make sure all materials follow brand guidelines.
- Manage the Amazon shop, including creative updates, product updates and Amazon advertising.
- Find, negotiate with and manage influencers and marketing agencies.
- Lead the UK B2C newsletter project from planning to delivery.
- Look for new marketing opportunities with retailers and licensees to increase product awareness and sales.
- Keep up to date with the latest retail, media and marketing trends.
Building Relationships
- Build strong relationships with retailers, licensees and agents to support marketing campaigns and product sales.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, legal, paid media and creative teams.
- Represent the Consumer Products & Retail Marketing team across the business.
- Work with wider Moonbug teams on integrated marketing campaigns and projects, including competitions and collaborations with Content Distribution and Gaming teams.

Supporting Retail Marketing Strategy
- Create retail marketing presentations and pitch decks for retailers and licensees.
- Use customer data and insights to better understand consumers.
- Create and manage franchise calendars for key countries, covering content, gaming, experiences, events, product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Research markets and competitors to identify new ideas and opportunities for retail marketing campaigns.
Professional Development
- Attend trade shows, training sessions, conferences and marketing events to stay up to date with industry trends and build business relationships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in licensing, product marketing or retail marketing.
- Experience in working across different sales/marketing channels (omnichannel).
- Good knowledge and experience of both organic and paid social media.
- Positive, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
- Comfortable working with different teams and connecting different areas of the business.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities while paying close attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work with teams in different locations and time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience or knowledge of international markets, particularly EMEA and APAC.
- Comfortable working with people from different cultures and countries.
- Speaking another language in addition to English is an advantage.
- Experience with Amazon AMS (Amazon Marketing Services).
