Job Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for driving sell-out growth in line with our objectives through the high-quality execution of agreed plans with key EMEA clients, such as Avolta and Aer Rianta.
  • Focus on developing the distribution and visibility of the Moët Hennessy portfolio.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated community of Supervisors and Sales Ambassadors to maximize our brand presence and market share across all major airports.
  • Build strong, close relationships with airport, terminal, and store retail management, while proactively sharing innovative ideas to generate additional visibility opportunities for our portfolio.
  • Manage consumer experience and merchandising programs through coordination with relevant customer contacts, agencies, Maisons, Travel Retail Europe Retail Marketing and Training & Education teams.
  • Implementation & follow-up of agreed plans with customer contacts (HQ/in-store) within A&P budget.
  • Support Key Account Managers in customer business reviews, strategy meetings, annual negotiations & activations planning.
  • Regularly visit accounts/shops with the aim to influence promotional/merchandising/visibility programs.
  • Pro-actively work with multi-functional teams to ensure excellent execution of the sales & marketing plans.
  • Set promotional targets & analyze results to improve ROI from e-retail to in-store.
  • Collaborate in key sales and administrative tasks with corresponding partner.
  • Ensure Sales Ambassadors/Supervisors and Retailer staff is trained regularly/fully up to speed on brands specifics.
  • Develop and share best practices within the organization, report business results/achievements.
  • Market Intelligence: gather and analyze market information (market size, domestic RSP, distribution, competition, pricing, launch results, promotions, ranking…) and propose ideas that drive market shares and sell-out.

Primary Workplace

Paris or London

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is highly recommended.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing within FMCG / Luxury.
  • Digital native with proven track-record and demonstrated digital expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Retail, consumer journey, and consumer experience.
  • Solution and results driven, responsible, and independent individual with a high level of initiative.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills combined with sound business acumen.
  • Highly collaborative, strong, and passionate team player with the ability to foster relationships.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and creative skills.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope.
