We're excited to be opening our brand-new Lefties store in Newcastle and are looking for passionate, energetic retail leaders to join us as:

  • Operations Managers
  • Section Managers
  • Visual Merchandisers

Operations Manager

Lead the engine behind the store by overseeing stock flow, deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house operations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving efficient stockroom and replenishment routines
  • Managing high-volume deliveries and operational KPIs
  • Leading and developing operational teams
  • Ensuring strong product availability across the store
  • Maintaining excellent Health & Safety and operational standards

Section Manager

Lead your own department and drive commercial performance through people, products and customer experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing sales performance and KPIs
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintaining high shopfloor standards and product availability
  • Making commercial decisions based on sales and customer insights

Visual Merchandiser

Bring the store to life through inspiring visual presentation and strong commercial awareness. You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering impactful visual merchandising standards
  • Styling and maintaining mannequins and displays
  • Driving product visibility and outfit inspiration
  • Supporting store layout changes and launches
  • Using customer and sales insights to optimise displays
