Retail Marketing Coordinator

At Skechers, our retail marketing brings campaigns and promotions to life across our stores – and we’re looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to help make it happen.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where organisation, communication and project management are key. You’ll coordinate multiple retail marketing projects from planning through to execution, making sure the right assets are produced, delivered and communicated to our stores and teams across Europe – always on time and to the right standard.

If you’re someone who loves keeping projects on track, thrives on deadlines and enjoys working with lots of different teams, this could be your next move.

About the Role

Ready to make an impact?

As our Retail Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering European retail promotions and ensuring our stores have everything they need to execute campaigns successfully.

You’ll

  • Coordinate retail marketing projects – manage promotional activity from initial planning through to execution, keeping timelines, actions and deadlines on track.
  • Keep projects moving – support the Visual & Marketing Manager with the marketing workback calendar, identifying potential issues early and ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Manage promotional assets – coordinate the production, distribution, shipping and tracking of in-store signage and collateral across Europe.
  • Keep inventory under control – manage promotional asset stock within the European Distribution Centre and ensure materials are replenished when required.
  • Own the detail – maintain accurate promotional toolkits and files, ensuring information and assets are always up to date.
  • Support our stores – manage store requests for signage and collateral, tracking missing or damaged items and arranging replacements where needed.
  • Coordinate across teams – work closely with Operations, European Retail Management, Head Office departments and stores to ensure everyone has clear information and instructions.
  • Work with international teams – collaborate with our US Domestic Marketing team to understand upcoming marketing plans and coordinate their adaptation and implementation across Europe.
  • Manage communications – provide clear, timely updates and instructions to ensure retail teams understand upcoming promotions, requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate artwork delivery – work with the Graphics Department to manage projects from brief through to final artwork, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Keep the calendar moving – manage and regularly update the 12-month retail marketing calendar, ensuring all promotional activity is accurately recorded.
  • Support in-store marketing – coordinate the planning and deployment of in-store audio initiatives and commercials, ensuring all materials are submitted and delivered on time.
  • Get involved – support other retail marketing projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
